This year we are hosting a series of Membership Gatherings to foster a rhythm of informing and engaging our membership in the ongoing life and work of the church. We will break bread with one another, pray with and for one another, introduce new members and send off departing members, and celebrate what God is doing in our midst and among our communities.

At some of these meetings, we will share updates and cast votes. At some, we will engage in conversation around a topic or idea and give collective wisdom to those leading it. Our hope is to create space for collaboration and mutual accountability for us as members to put our gifts, talents, and wisdom to use for the sake of one another.

Details for our second gathering:

• When: Wednesday, April 19 from 6-8 pm; Dessert will be available.
• Where: CHBC Sanctuary
• What: Along with enjoying delicious desserts and coffee together, we'll be sharing more about our proposed System of Care and parish framework, updates on budgeting, and anticipated revisions in our church's leadership roles. We're eager to have some round table discussions seeking feedback from our membership in the launch of these initiatives.

Families with Young Kids - We are planning some fun and fellowship for our littlest members, too (toddlers through 5th grade) from 6:30-8pm that evening. You can sign them up to participate THROUGH A SEPARATE REGISTRATION. (Space is limited due to limited volunteer support, so we recommend registering ASAP to make sure your kids can join in!) You will be invited to bring them to the Kids Ministry area at 6:15 pm and pick up by 8:15 pm. Again, please ensure your child(ren) has eaten dinner prior to getting dropped off!
