Operation Christmas Child
Collecting Boxes from November 18-25
You can be a missionary to unreached people groups by sending gospel opportunities around the world by sending Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts.
If you're unfamiliar with this program, Operation Christmas Child (led by Samaritan's Purse) is a great way to spread the love of Christ around the world through simple shoebox-sized gifts. From children to seniors, people pack shoebox gifts each year to bless children in need around the world. Parents often use the project to teach their kids about giving. Year-round volunteers support these efforts across the country. Read more about the program here.
Each year, we collect hundreds of boxes from the Bible Church family to be sent all around the globe to be opened by children accompanied by missionaries in those locations to the Christmas message of Jesus Christ.
On Sunday, October 27, we'll provide you shoeboxes (in the Commons) that you can take home to fill up and bring back November 18-25. Look for a giant wrapped Christmas present to place your finished boxes into.
Not sure what to put in the shoebox? Watch this!
