40 pm: Meet guests in the lobby and and proceed to your registration area (Chinese, Korean, Spanish, or Other). Once you have received your name-tags, any children can be checked into childcare (if the parents choose).

50 pm: Doors open and you can enter the sanctuary to seat your guests at your assigned table. Snack bags will be provided for children at your table.

00 pm: The event begins with a time of welcome and holiday presentation. Guests are then dismissed table-by-table to the buffet lines. There will be cultural entertainment during dinner, followed by a closing time and singing in different languages.

30 pm: Guests are dismissed to gather children and head to the afterparty in the Chapel (including music, warm beverages, and places to continue conversations)!

45 pm: Afterparty ends.
